Evaluation of Integrity

The Corker Hill farm complex of buildings retains a remarkable degree of integrity to its historical location, design, materials, workmanship, feeling and association.  Few significant material changes have been made to the house, outbuildings and barn since the end of the period of significance in 1916.  Character-defining elements from both the initial construction c.1810 and the c.1905 additions are intact.  The well-maintained elegant house and outbuildings continue to convey the sense of a high-style manor and farm.

The mansion house and barn complex continues in its historic setting of the manicured yard, meadow, orchard, and woodland; all are integral elements to the historic integrity of the farm.
